At Krowd, accessible from https://www.krowd.ai/us, your privacy is a top priority.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you interact with our website. By using our site, you agree to the practices described below.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through our website and related digital services, and it is written for residents of the United States. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels not operated by Krowd, and it does not cover the separate publisher apps or partner services through which our card-linked dining program operates β those are governed by their own privacy notices.
By using our website, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information in line with this Privacy Policy. For the terms that govern your use of our site, please see our Terms & Conditions.
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Information you provide directly. When you contact us, request a demo, register for an account, or sign up to receive communications, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything else you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, general location inferred from your IP address, and the date and time of access.
Information from cookies and similar technologies. Details about how you browse and interact with our site (see Section 7).
For reference, this maps to the categories used under California law: identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from the above. Send you marketing and product communications you have signed up for, and let you opt out at any time.
Understand how our site is used so we can improve it, measure the performance of our content, and develop new features.
Keep our site secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and protect our rights.
Meet our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
We only use your information for the purposes described here or for compatible purposes you would reasonably expect.

Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be among the assets transferred.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some uses of advertising and analytics cookies may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state laws. You can opt out of these β see Section 9.
Like many websites, Krowd uses log files. These record information such as IP addresses, browser types, internet service provider details, timestamps, referring and exit pages, and click counts. We use these logs to analyze trends, administer the site, and understand how visitors use it in aggregate. Log file information is not linked to personally identifiable information.
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze site traffic, and deliver relevant advertising. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, and through the cookie controls on our site where available. For more detail, please see our Cookie Policy.
Some of our pages contain content or links from third-party advertisers or service providers. These third parties may collect data directly from your browser β including through cookies and similar tools β and may automatically receive your IP address. Krowd does not control these third-party cookies or tracking tools. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services for detail on their practices and how to opt out.
Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws give you rights over your personal information. As of 2026, comprehensive consumer privacy laws are in effect in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. We honor these rights for residents of every state that grants them.
Rights available in most states. If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you generally have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate personal information; delete personal information we have collected from you; obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format; opt out of the sale of your personal information, of targeted advertising, and of certain profiling; and appeal if we decline a request (in states that provide this).
Additional rights for California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you also have the right to: know what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (Krowd does not sell personal information for money); limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights; and use an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
Opt-out preference signals. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends one, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing / targeted advertising for that browser or device.
To make a request, contact us at sales@krowd.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by your state's law β typically within 45 days, with an extension where permitted. There is no charge for exercising your rights, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Our website is intended for a business and adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy β to provide our services, meet our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymize it.
